Our Counselor
Beth E. Cutler LMHC, NCC, CCMHC, NCSC, Licensed Mental Health
Counselor has been counseling children and their families since 1990. She has
taught numerous seminars and classes on parenting skills and conflict resolution.
She has worked with South County Mental Health Center with at risk children
and their families. She has facilitated the classes Sparing the Child (a court
mandated parenting class for parents of divorce) and Parenting Tools for parents
with their children in the Palm Beach County Schools. Ms. Cutler is a Licensed
Mental Health Counselor,Clinical Certified Mental Health Counselor, Nationally
Board Certified Counselor , National Board Certified School Counselor, Supreme
Court Certified Family and County Mediator and parent trainer. Ms. Cutler has
written and implemented many grant projects for the Palm Beach County Schools
to create harmony in the schools and the home. Ms.
Cutler was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to serve as Commissioner on the Commission
for Marriage and Family Support Iniatives.

Malvin J. Cutler
Malvin J. Cutler completed his Bachelors Degree with majors in Education, Marketing and Economics from the City College of New York. He then completed the program for teacher licensing in social studies at Brooklyn College. He continued his graduate work at New York University and St. John's University. He is certified as teacher, supervisor and school administrator. During his extensive career he served at all levels of education and finally as Senior Assistant to the Chancellor, New York City Public Schools. Mr. Cutler was adjunct professor at City College where he coordinated the Intensive Teacher Training Program. He taught at Northwood University in West Palm Beach, Florida for the last twelve years. Among his awards are Faculty of the year, Outstanding faculty member of the year, Cooperative Education and Service Recognition Award, Business Educators Award.
He sat on the New York State Regents Committee. Malvin Cutler co-authored the Consumer Education Curriculum, Distributive Education Curriculum and the Distributive Occupations Curriculum as well as articles on business for the New York Retailers magazine. He authored the chapters on high schools in the book entitled Education in the Twenty-first Century.
He testified before the United States Congressional and Senate committees on educational issues, served on the New York City Business and Labor Commission and as the United Way Public Sector Coordinator. He has served on many boards of charitable organizations.
